Home2 Suites by Hilton Orlando Downtown

A exceptional employee named mark from valet stood out to me on my stay at home2home suites downtown Orlando. Mark was very kind knowledgeable friendly and friendly to me and my special needs daughter after a long day of travel. He recognized I was traveling alone and needed help so he took the time to load my belongings on a cart and then even walked them up to my room so I could push my daughter in the stroller. I will remember mark very fondly because of his excellent service and helpful hand!

I just checked out of my double queen room. I had a good stay in this clean and location convenient lodge. I was in town on a mini vacation and this location fit the bill. The elevators were fast but secure as you had to use your room key card to use them. As you can see in the photos, my room had a good view of the area from the sixth floor and the room was also spacious and clean with high quality furniture and linens. I thought it was strange that the shower head was on the opposite wall of the water valve for the shower. It was a nice touch to have a barn style sliding door for the bathroom. Mini fridge, microwave TV the usual. there was no safe. I had a good night's rest for the one night that I stayed there and I was not disturbed by neighboring rooms, plumbing or noise from outside the building. I did not get a chance to look at the fitness center or swimming pool that was located on the roof apparently. The small Business center, located in the lobby, was super small as you can see in the photo. I grabbed a small bite to eat (dinner) from the on-site restaurant & bar wich it was very good at a fair price. The staff at this location were professional, polite and informational / accommodating. One downside that I can think of is they do not have shuttle service to the airport, or anywhere for that matter. I would stay here again and recommend to other people. Five stars again Hilton.

Will and Aiden provided truly exceptional valet service. From the moment I arrived, they were professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. They greeted me with genuine smiles, handled my vehicle with great care, and made the entire process seamless and stress-free. What stood out most was their positive attitude and attention to detail — they were organized, quick, and made sure everything ran smoothly even during busy times. It’s clear they take pride in their work and value customer experience. Will and Aiden are a great representation of excellent service, and I would absolutely trust them with my vehicle again. Highly recommend!

This was a convenient hotel while we were in town for the CheezIt Citrus Bowl on New Year’s Eve. The rooms were spacious, clean and updated. The hotel had a convenient spot in the lobby to grab drinks, chips or caffeine.

Did a one day stay it was great the staff were warm and welcoming, breakfast was good area was clean. I will come here again.

Every single staff member went above and beyond to make the experience unforgettable. Will, Aiden, Veronica, Gabriel, Angela, William, Juaad, and Alex were truly incredible — welcoming, warm, friendly, and so genuinely accommodating. You can tell they take pride in what they do and truly care about their guests. Every interaction felt personal and thoughtful. From the valet team to the front desk staff to the bartender, everyone was wonderful. The valet was prompt and courteous, the front desk made check-in seamless and inviting, and the bartender created such a fun, relaxed atmosphere. It’s rare to experience such consistent excellence across an entire team! The hospitality here is on another level. If you’re staying in downtown Orlando, this is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back — thank you to the entire Home2 team for making our stay so special!

Great hotel! The bar had great options for drinks and food. Ask for Victoria, she was such an awesome bartender, super friendly and made us feel right at home!! Only thing we didn’t like was that the pool is a jacuzzi and it’s so freaking hot. Everything else including breakfast was great!

I’d love to share my experience with Veronica at the hotel. I booked three rooms, all prepaid, as part of my trip for a convention show. When one of my colleagues was delayed, his room got canceled, and things got complicated. But Veronica stepped in. She was calm under pressure, problem-solving on the spot, and treated me with genuine respect throughout. Despite multiple challenges, she stayed composed and found solutions to make sure we were all taken care of. It’s rare to see someone juggle so many difficulties and still deliver stellar customer service. Huge shout-out to Veronica—she’s truly a rock star in her field!
